# Administration

## Grant access

Add the permission to your existing administrator principal:

```cfg
add_ace group.admin junk_removal.admin allow
```

Your permission system must assign the intended players to that group. Framework roles and txAdmin web access alone do not provide this ACE.

`Config.Admin.Enabled` must be true. The default permission is `junk_removal.admin`. Every read and change is checked on the server.

## Adjust an online character

Open **F6 → Company → Admin**:

1. Refresh connected players and select the intended current server ID.
2. Choose **Inspect player**.
3. Select career XP, business cash, Salesmanship XP or Salesmanship level.
4. Choose set, add or remove; enter a whole-number amount and a reason of 3–160 characters.
5. Review the resulting value and apply.

An inspection authorizes one adjustment for up to 60 seconds. Inspect again if the character, connection or relevant progress changes. A payment in progress can temporarily block edits.

After a timeout or save error, inspect again before trying another change. Closing the tablet does not cancel a request already sent.

## What changes

Business cash adjustments affect the junk-removal balance, not the framework bank or wallet. They do not change lifetime earnings or remove purchased equipment, upgrades, containers or rentals.

Career XP and Salesmanship XP are separate. Lowering skill progress is rejected if it would invalidate the level or points required by purchased perks. Offline edits and whole-career resets are not provided by this panel.

The adjustment and audit entry save together. Recent entries appear in the tablet; server records use the `[junk_removal:admin]` prefix. Limits apply to administrator edits, not normal gameplay awards.
