# Your first cleanup

## Start your business

Open **F6** or **/junk**. Create a company with your preferred name and one of the six built-in logos. Choose **Set depot GPS**, travel to the yard and check out the free **Bison** while on foot.

## Find a customer

In **Messages**, choose **Go on duty**. Read an inquiry and discuss the load, access or customer priorities until the estimate action becomes available. Park with your assigned rig nearby and book the visit.

Only one visit can be active. Resolve a saved cleanup or pending payment before booking another.

## Inspect and agree on the work

Follow GPS to the customer. Inspect the marked junk on foot, then discuss the price and optional services. Customer personalities, priorities, patience and Salesmanship affect negotiation. A message conversation is not an accepted on-site quote.

## Load and dispose

Follow the active objective. Collect junk and load it at the rig's loading point. Cargo uses capacity; larger cleanouts may need several disposal trips. Fulfill promised sorting, sweeping or other services before completing the visit.

When salvage is found, follow the recycling/discard choice and destination shown by the job. Selling salvage does not dispose of the ordinary junk still aboard.

At the landfill, follow the unloading objective. Trailer rigs have their own readiness requirements; see [Trailers and specialized work](/baobab-interactive-docs/junk-removal-simulator/trailers-and-specialized-work.md).

## Finish the visit

After payment, park and secure the empty rig: close the tailgate/doors, lower the body and secure the container where applicable. Ordinary inquiry visits close automatically once ready. Keep your checked-out rig and open Messages to book the next customer from where you are.

Return to the depot to change or return equipment. Container rental assignments dispatch from the depot.

Player key bindings may override defaults. GPS uses one marker at the actual job destination.
